Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Healthy, organic meals will be cooked freshly for you. Refreshments and snacks will also be provided. Vegan & gluten free options are available upon request.
Cozy Accomodation
Whether it's a tasteful teepee or a cozy cabin or ledge, your comfort during your retreat is one of out top priorities. Everything will be set up and reayd for you upon arrival. If you are joining us on a camping retreat, we will remind you that Florida weather is know to be hot and humid at times. We invite you to embrace every part of the experience!
Bathrooms, Showers, Towels
Complimentary organic toiletries will be provided including shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Bathrooms and showers vary upon locations. Many locations boast semi-private outdoor showers, meaning that you are exposed to the elements but not to others. Toilets can vary from compost toilets, private portable restrooms, or traditional bathrooms.
Paddle Boards
Paddleboards will be available not only for our SUP yoga sessions, but also for you to use in your free time for fun and relaxation.
Yoga Mats & Blocks
To lighten your load yoga mats and blocks will be provided for you. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Depending on location, experience upgrades can be added to your retreat after booking.
Private Yoga Sessions
Whether you are just at the beginning of your yoga journey, or a seasoned yogi, private one-on-one yoga sessions with one of our experts will help you deepen and strengthen your practice. Price is $75 for 1 hour.
Relation Massage
Price is $100 for 1 hour.
