Questions About Accommodation

Q: Will I be sharing a tent or have my own?

A: Each camper will be provided with their own private tent. We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible and give you the privacy you need.

Q: Do I have to bring a sleeping bag?

A: Nope! We will have a comfy mattress complete with fresh sheets, quilts, fluffy pillows and extra blankets all set up for you once you arrive.

Q: Will there be restrooms and showers?

A: Great question! As we travel to different locations for each retreat we cannot guarantee what amenities will be provided at each location. However, we do have a mobile, electric hot water shower that we are able to set up when a shower is not provided. In the event that a location doesn't have a typical restroom, there will be a clean compost toilet or a portable restroom exclusively for our guests.

Questions About Yoga Classes

Q: Is it okay if I have never practiced Yoga before?

A: Absolutely! What better way to try something new than to fully immerse yourself? All classes offered  on the retreat are beginner friendly and everything is optional and modifiable. We also offer private 60 minute yoga sessions that you can add to your experience after booking.

Q: How many yoga classes will there be?

A: We typically offer between five and six yoga classes per weekend. We know, this sounds like a lot... But don't worry, these classes include up to two Vinyasa Flow classes, one Paddle Board class, one Yoga Nidra class, one Yin Yoga class and one Chair/Restorative class. These are all very different styles of Yoga and the ideal balance between active and restful. All classes are optional.

Questions About Food

Q: Will there be vegetarian options?

A: Yes! Once you book your retreat we will send you a brief survey to allow us to get to know you a little better. In this survey you can inform us of any dietary restrictions you have. We put a lot of thought into our menu for each retreat and all food is organic and freshly prepared.

Q: Will there be enough food?

A: Definitely! We like to make sure that there is always enough for each person to grab seconds. As well as breakfast lunch and dinner we will provide snacks in between!

Q: Can I bring my own food?

A: You can bring your own food however, we do not encourage you to. Keeping food in your tent is likely to attract unwanted visitors such as bugs, squirrels and raccoons. If you do bring food, let us know so that we can keep it in a secure spot.
