SUP YOGA

SUP Yoga

Ready to take your practice to the water? Join Whitney as you learn the fundamentals of Stand-Up Paddleboarding and then combine it with your yoga practice. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to see dolphins, otters, or manatees!

No experience is necessary for SUP yoga. All guests are encouraged to respect their comfort level. You may choose to remain seated throughout your class or you can try challenging poses- it's completely up to you!

​

All equipment is included and each SUP will be equipped with a life preserver. If you prefer to bring your own equipment, receive $10 off per person. 

​

Our inflatable SUPs have a recommended weight limit of 275lbs.

Classes must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
