All About the Inner Goddess Retreat

Your retreat begins the moment you get out of your car. We greet you and show you to your private teepee where you will find a bed that is so comfortable that you'll forget you're camping. Inside your teepee, you will find a diffuser with a relaxing essential oil blend, fresh eucalyptus to ward off any insect visitors, your yoga mat, towels, toiletries, and a special gift from us.

On our first evening, we will get to know each other with a connection circle that offers the chance to share or to take everything in at your own pace. Dinner will be artfully prepared onsite while you're practicing a gentle vinyasa to help ground you from your travels. When you've finished up yoga & supper, we will settle in around a campfire with s'mores and the chance to be present with each other.

As you begin to hear the birds chirping Saturday morning, we will gently knock on your teepee with your fresh coffee delivery. Once you've had those first precious sips, you're invited to join us on a silent hike through nature. You will then wake up with your first yoga class of the day before eating a hardy breakfast to fuel you up.

From breakfast, we will head to the springs for a chance to experience the natural flow of the water pushing us along. You will have the opportunity to see birds, fish, otters, and plenty of plant life. The water is beautiful beyond words and something that you have to see for yourself!

After your trip down Rock Springs, you'll eat lunch before heading off to our Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra means, Yogic Sleep, so while this will be less than an hour, you will feel like you've had a long nap to get you through the rest of your day.

With free time awaiting you on the other side of your "yogi nap," you have the option to add on a massage, a vitamin and hydration IV infusion administered by a medical professional, or a private yoga class. These are all add-on activities that need to be scheduled in advance but if they do not suit you, this is also a wonderful time for rest, journaling, reading, or exploring. There will also be an optional breath-work activity during this time.

As the day winds down, we have another yoga class to help release the rest of your energy while dinner is being prepared. We will eat our meals together, family style, as the sun sets over the pasture. Night slowly starts approaching and the sky becomes a blanket of stars with a beautiful full moon that sets the perfect ambiance for our connection circle. Here, you're offered a safe place to be vulnerable and connect with guests and your true self with no expectations and nobody wanting or needing anything at all from you. Before bed, you may enjoy a gentle chair yoga series or a nighttime meditation to ease the mind and body.

Sunday morning, wake up feeling refreshed as you enjoy your coffee and morning hike. You'll flow right into your yin yoga practice to marinate your body in healing postures before enjoying your breakfast. After you eat, meet in our connection circle for a love-filled closing ceremony.

Then, the only downfall of the retreat, leaving! We will miss you, but after our weekend, you'll be part of the Yoga Elements Retreats family forever!

This retreat also offers stand-up paddleboarding that is perfect for beginners! We paddle in waist-deep water, heading upstream for about two hours. Although this can be a bit of a challenge, we take plenty of breaks along the way, and, excitingly, all guests, regardless of age or physical ability, have been able to complete it. After the upstream effort, you’ll be rewarded with a cool smoothie and a relaxing float back down the river, drifting serenely to our starting point.

Food

All your meals, snacks, water, and coffee are fully included in the cost of your retreat. Our hosts take great pride in preparing delicious, hearty meals right on-site and are more than willing to cater to any specific dietary requirements you have—just let us know in advance. And of course, we wouldn’t dream of forgetting the s’mores for dessert!

A "no talent, talent show" is essentially our fun way of helping everyone at the retreat channel their inner child, share some laughs, and create lasting memories together. Talent? Not necessary! Erin and Whitney often lead the charge, with Erin usually coaxing Whitney into joining her for a playful act. Talent isn’t a necessity here, just a good spirit and willingness to have fun. We encourage costumes to add to the hilarity and enjoyment—it's all about letting loose and having a great time!

  • Travel Insurance Suggestions
While we do our best to hold our retreats rain or shine in order to offer guests the full experience of Earth's elements, we must always put safety first. With that being said, we do recommend travel insurance in the event of dangerous weather. We aim to notify our guests of cancellations at least four days in advance but also recognize that in Florida, severe weather can develop more quickly. Yoga Elements Retreats will refund 100% of what you have paid to us directly. If you book through a third party company, please be advised of their policies. We do not receive deposits from these companies until after retreats are finished, so we have no control on their decisions. January typically doesn't bring weather that poses as a threat to our retreats.
  • Responsible Travel update
We love that you're here to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, and we have a small favor to ask to keep it pristine. Please help us leave no trace that we were here. That means picking up all your trash and making sure nothing is left behind. Also, while it's tempting to get close to wildlife or feed the animals for that perfect photo op, we really need to respect their space and keep a safe distance. This helps keep both you and the animals safe and ensures that nature remains undisturbed. Thanks for helping us maintain the beauty and integrity of this special place!
