Service Description
Tier One Package: $1900 for 2 nights Set Up & Breakdown of the Following ● 10- 7x7 Teepees, each including: Battery Operated Lanterns (Guest Personal Use) Battery Operated Misting Fans (Guest Personal Use) Nightstands Rechargeable Battery Packs Real Mattresses Flat sheet, fitted sheet, quilt, & throw blanket 2 Standard Pillows & 1 throw pillow Bath towel, face towel, and swim towel Non-electric Diffuser with Essential Oils Indoor Rug Outdoor Rug Eucalyptus on outside of Teepee Twinkling Lights on Teepee ● 10- Stand Up Paddleboard, each with the following: ○ Adjustable paddle ○ Life vest, required onboard at all times ● Guest Toiletries: ○ Shampoo ○ Conditioner ○ Bar Soap ○ Shower Gel ○ Body Lotion ● Water Station ○ 2- 5 Gallon Refillable Water Jugs, filled ○ Ice Cooler with scoop ● Fire Wood & Starter ○ 2 Bundles of Firewood ○ All natural Fire Starter & Lighter ● 12 Tiki Torches ○ 1 Large Bottle of Tiki Torch Fluid ● Camping Supplies ○ Mosquito Fogger ○ Marshmallow Roasting Skewers ○ First Aid Kit Optional Catering- Catering is based on dietary requirements/restrictions and location. We are happy to help curate a full menu or even one meal for your retreat. The full weekend includes 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 snack, and 2 dinners for $200 per person. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is in place so that we can institute policies that protect our hosts/teachers and the sustainability of our business. We will not modify our cancellation policy under any circumstance. For online yoga classes; You may cancel anytime before 24 hours of class start time and you will be issued a full refund or given credit towards a different class. If cancelling within 24 hours of class start time, we cannot guarantee a refund or credit. For weekend retreats; We highly recommend trip protection in order to protect your investment. If bad weather will ruin your experience we recommend looking into Cancel for Any Reason Trip Protection as all of our retreats are rain or shine. All deposits are non-refundable. All deposits are transferable up until 30 days prior to retreat start date. (You may gift your spot or transfer your deposit to another person and/or retreat date up until 30 days prior to travel). Full payment is due 30 days before each retreat. Refunds of payments minus the deposit will be issued if cancelling 30 days before the retreat start date. Full payment is due if booking within 30 days of retreat start date and is non-refundable.
